In an interesting course of events Monday night in Providence, Bryant University freshmen Ikenna Ndugba received an inbounds pass with only seconds left in the game, after Brown had taken a 91-90 lead. He proceeded to dribble the ball slowly towards half court, before throwing the ball in the air in celebration and looking for high-fives from teammates. Fellow Bulldogs met the Boston native with confusion, while Brown’s team mobbed the court with their own celebration.

The Bears improved to 3-4 on the year with the victory, thanks to Tavon Blackmon’s game winning layup with seconds remaining. Joshua Howard led the way with 18 points. Bryant falls to 2-5 early in the season.
