I started these rankings the other day and never got around to finishing them before this week’s games started, so all records and rankings are reflective of the first week of the season. There’s nothing better than college basketball in February and March, and I hope this season is another classic. Even though I’m not sure any game will ever top last season’s championship game. I would have loved to have included UConn on this list somewhere, but apparently Wagner and Northeastern are too much for the Huskies to handle. Thank the sweet baby Jesus that they beat Loyola Marymount tonight (by 3 points).
